Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirled Brownies
These brownies are super rich and fudgy. The pumpkin cheesecake swirl compliments the brownies perfectly.
For the brownies:
1 C butter
2 C sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 C cocoa powder
1 C flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
For the pumpkin:
3 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 C sugar
1 egg
1 C canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- Make the brownies, combine the butter sugar eggs and vanilla in one bowl and mix until smooth. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl then combine them with the wet ingredients.
- Pour the brownie batter into the lined pan.
- Make the pumpkin batter. Beat the cream cheese, butter, and sugar together. Next add in the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin batter over the brownie batter. Using a knife you can swirl the two batters together.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the middle of the brownies is set.
