Apple Pie

Apple Pie 




Ingredients: 

6 C chopped apples
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fireball cinnamon whiskey
1 box refrigerated pie crust

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Line a 9 inch pie pan with one of the refrigerated pie crusts
3. Toss the apples with the lemon juice. Then add in the sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and whiskey. 
4. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan. 
5. With the other pie crust, cut it into strips. then lay some strips horizontally and intertwine some vertically. Fold the ends into the pie crust that is lining the pan. 
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
